Lezya Weglarz is a middle school counselor in the San Marcos Unified School District and the 2017-18 CASC Emerging Leader. Lezya’s passion for supporting the Latino community comes from her own experiences as a child of Salvadoran immigrant parents and from her work as a parent liaison supporting special education families throughout San Diego County.
